The software engineering manager will lead the CUDA Driver team, focusing on designing and building the CUDA programming model for current and future hardware architectures. This role involves engaging with multiple teams across NVIDIA to define and drive the CUDA roadmap. The manager will also mentor team members and manage performance while identifying opportunities for process improvement. The team primarily works on memory model aspects related to efficient memory allocation and access across NVIDIA's hardware offerings.

• 8+ years of experience in the software industry with 3+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong system software fundamentals and hands-on C programming and debugging skills.
• Ability to manage a team's execution towards project deliverables in environments with competing priorities.
