• 8+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience leading a software product or internal platform end-to-end

• Experience running a production system with a focus on uptime and reliability
• Experience building reporting or dashboards for a non-engineering audience

• Lead the platform as production infrastructure and evolve it into a reliable system for DSX OS projects.
• Automate scoring processes to enhance portfolio scalability through tooling.
• Integrate scoring into onboarding and workshop experiences for real-time feedback.
• Capture feedback from engineering teams and address friction signals in the product.
• Automate the generation and tracking of per-project readiness plans for transparency.
