The Senior Mixed Signal Design Engineer will join the Mixed Signal design team to develop next generation NVLINK technology. This role focuses on high-speed interfaces and analog circuits, impacting various product lines including consumer graphics and self-driving cars. The engineer will gain hands-on experience with integrated circuit designs at data rates of 100Gbps and higher. The position offers the opportunity to lead projects and collaborate with multi-functional teams.

• MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, PhD preferred
• 4+ years of design experience in CMOS analog/mixed-signal circuits
• Working knowledge of Cadence custom design tools, circuit simulator, and timing analysis tools
• Extensive design experience in Data Converters, Tx, Rx, CDR, and PLL for high-speed IO interfaces
• In-depth understanding of deep submicron CMOS process and related circuit design issues
• Proven experience in silicon bring-up, debugging, and use of lab instrumentation

• Design and implement high-speed interface circuits including high-speed transceivers and high frequency PLLs
• Lead mask designers and provide mentorship for floorplan and layout design
• Support lab characterization of silicon and address challenges in circuit design
• Take designs through implementation and productizing
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams
