The position emphasizes ownership in problem-solving while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• 5+ years of experience in providing in-depth customer support and debugging for hardware and software products.
• Established knowledge of enterprise platform and systems engineering with a focus on Linux triage.
• An academic degree in Networking, Computer Science/Engineering, or Electrical/IT or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and written English skills.
• Profound knowledge of networking technology, protocols, and routing at the enterprise level.

• Resolve sophisticated customer concerns and technical issues through meticulous research and problem-solving.
• Respond to customer product support inquiries via telephone, email, or conference calls.
• Participate in multi-functional team meetings and provide feedback to engineering and marketing.
• Develop, redefine, and document standard methodologies for internal support processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and support teams on technical issues.
