You will engage in complex problem-solving while collaborating with a diverse team of engineers and scientists.

• 7+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 7+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 7+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead in an engineering team
• Experience building complex software systems successfully delivered to customers
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience in machine learning, data mining, or natural language processing
• Experience developing and managing AI products at scale
• Experience with the AWS platform or related technologies
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment

• Set the technical direction for projects and mentor engineers on the team.
• Build orchestration layers for multi-agent systems and workflow automation.
• Integrate foundation models and customer data sources into cohesive AI experiences.
• Optimize systems for latency, reliability, observability, cost, and security.
