NVIDIA is seeking a highly motivated Senior HPC Support Engineer focused on InfiniBand and NVLink technology. This role involves providing comprehensive solutions for sophisticated installations and maintenance of networking products. As part of the NVIDIA Experience Global Technical Support team, the engineer will assist customers with technical questions and resolve issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Collaboration with engineering, marketing, and support teams is also a significant aspect of this position.

• 5+ years of experience in providing in-depth customer support and debugging in large-scale networking and AI infrastructure environments.
• An academic degree in Networking, Computer Science/Engineering, or Electrical/IT or equivalent experience.
• Proven use of established Agentic AI technologies in day-to-day job responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of networking technology, protocols, and routing including IP, L2, and L3.

• Resolve sophisticated customer concerns and technical issues through meticulous research and problem-solving.
• Respond to customer product support inquiries via telephone, email, or conference calls.
• Assist customers during installation, operation, maintenance, or product application.
• Participate in multi-functional team meetings and provide feedback to engineering and marketing.
• Develop, redefine, and document standard methodologies for internal support processes.
