As a Systems Engineer in Amazon's Robotics Delivery & Packaging Innovations (RDPI) team, you will oversee the deployment of innovative industrial robotics across North America's fulfillment network. This role requires strong technical skills in deploying robotic equipment and managing large-scale project planning and installation. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including engineering and operations teams, to ensure successful project execution. The position demands extensive travel, with expectations of being on-site upwards of 75% of the time.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related STEM field
• 1+ years of experience working in an engineering, construction, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
• Proven experience working on hardware integration or complex mechanical-electrical or networked industrial equipment
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, and DNS
• Ability to travel domestically 75% or more of the year

• Oversee large scale project planning, installation, and launch of industrial automation technologies
• Support and guide installation of robotics, packaging, and sortation technologies at Amazon fulfillment centers
• Collaborate with hardware engineering, technical program managers, product managers, and internal customers
• Manage day-to-day project scheduling and budget management
• Lead teams of other engineers on projects and ensure alignment on program status
