• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead in an engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain innovative software solutions for the Neuron compiler.
• Solve complex compiler optimization problems to achieve optimum performance for various ML model families.
• Collaborate with chip architects, runtime/OS engineers, and ML application teams.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
