• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
• Experience developing system requirements, architectures, interfaces, trade studies, and verification plans
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and technical communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with software, hardware, RF, systems, test, safety, and regulatory teams
• Experience planning and executing laboratory, field, or flight-test campaigns

• Oversee the development, verification, configuration management, and quality assurance of drone software and hardware
• Ensure compliance with Design Assurance Levels and software development standards
• Work closely with design engineering staff to drive continuous improvement in drone software design
• Translate complex system functions into digestible insights for stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and safety
