This role involves owning the services that help sellers create valid product listings on Amazon. You will work on software that supports sellers in understanding listing requirements, submitting listings, and troubleshooting issues. The team focuses on simplifying the listing process across various marketplaces while ensuring high availability and performance. You will collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to design and implement solutions that enhance seller experience.

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Experience in written and oral communication with all organizational levels
• Experience with the full software development life cycle
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools
• Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products

• Own features end to end from design to operations
• Design solutions for complex problems and review with senior engineers
• Participate in an on-call rotation to maintain system performance
• Document system architecture and train new engineers
• Collaborate with customers and partner teams to prioritize work
• Monitor existing systems and resolve production issues
• Incorporate feedback during code reviews and improve code quality
