Candidates will be responsible for taking designs to production and making strategic decisions about building new features. • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

• Own features end-to-end: design, implement, test, deploy, and operate in production
• Build new services for policy enforcement, session recording, and human-in-the-loop approval workflows
• Integrate with AWS services and make build-vs-compose decisions with your team
• Handle customer content with care, including recording pipelines and access controls
• Collaborate with engineers on adjacent teams to unblock dependencies and align on interfaces
• Contribute to operational excellence through on-call runbooks, alarms, and incident response
