• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards and testing
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Knowledge of computer architecture, operating systems, and parallel computing
• Experience working with PCIe devices

• Be responsible for software related to machine learning hardware throughout the hardware life cycle
• Collaborate with silicon design and hardware design teams across EC2
• Develop maintainable, documented, tested, and reusable software
• Monitor, debug, and improve a fleet of over 2 million machine learning accelerators
