• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Lead and participate in the full development life-cycle, including design, development, and implementation of code, tools, and scripts for one or more systems
• Engage in full-stack development, designing and building scalable, robust web applications and services that enhance the overall customer experience
• Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions to create intelligent, personalized customer interactions and automate complex processes
• Innovate and improve processes to enhance key business outputs and drive continuous improvement
• Work closely with program managers, designers, and other stakeholders to rapidly deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions
