Amazon's Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) team is seeking a Software Development Engineer (SDE) to create innovative solutions that enhance customer experience insights and improvements. The role involves engaging in full-stack development and working closely with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions. The team is dedicated to understanding and improving customer experiences globally, leveraging diverse skills and backgrounds. The SDE will also focus on developing Generative AI solutions to automate processes and personalize customer interactions.

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Lead and participate in the full development life-cycle, including design, development, and implementation of code, tools, and scripts for one or more systems.
• Engage in full-stack development, designing and building scalable, robust web applications and services that enhance the overall customer experience.
• Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions to create intelligent, personalized customer interactions and automate complex processes.
• Innovate and improve processes to enhance key business outputs and drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with program managers, designers, and other stakeholders to rapidly deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
