• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience with design patterns, reliability, and scaling
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

• Contribute to the team by delivering code and helping set the team's technical vision, architecture, and development practices.
• Deliver key customer-facing capabilities and high-quality artifacts.
• Raise the bar for the team's culture and help grow the talent on the team.
• Work closely across product, service delivery, and design job families to develop new solutions for customers.
