The Systems Development Engineer I role within the Frontier ADC team focuses on delivering AWS GenAI and Agentic AI services to government customers in GovCloud and isolated environments. The team is dedicated to innovating solutions that enhance customer experiences while addressing complex technical challenges. Candidates will work on building and deploying scalable systems, leveraging cloud computing and AI technologies. This position requires a strong technical background and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• An Associate's degree or above, or CND (Certified Network Defender) or GSEC (GIAC Security Essentials).
• Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure.
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
• Experience with Linux/Unix.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes.

• Build innovative solutions and expand services into GovCloud and isolated regions.
• Drive the resolution of technical issues and improve customer experience.
• Work cross-functionally to harmonize discordant views and lead the resolution of contentious issues.
• Develop, build, and operate AWS Frontier AI services.
• Facilitate deep-dive troubleshooting and lead technical post-mortem discussions.
• Influence technical strategy and architectural decisions within the team.
