The Senior Software Development Engineer will join the AI acceleration team at Amazon Games, focusing on embedding with internal teams to develop and deploy AI-powered productivity solutions. This role emphasizes ownership of the entire process from discovery to deployment, ensuring that solutions are effective and scalable. The engineer will work hands-on to translate real-world problems into technical solutions while also creating reusable platform capabilities. The position requires a collaborative mindset and a strong understanding of AI methodologies to drive innovation within the team.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• Experience shipping Gen AI-powered features at scale from pilot to production
• 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience
• Master's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience in the Games Industry
• Experience developing, deploying, and managing AI products at scale
