• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead for an engineering team
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services
• Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency

• Lead the design and development of agentic software systems across the full lifecycle.
• Own the architectural direction for multi-agent services and influence technical decisions.
• Collaborate with applied scientists and engineering teams to translate GenAI research into features.
• Mentor and coach engineers while driving the adoption of engineering best practices.
