• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience

• Design, develop, and maintain ML data pipelines and feature engineering workflows
• Collaborate with Applied Scientists and Data Scientists to translate research prototypes into production systems
• Monitor model performance in production and implement retraining strategies
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle including product definition, design, code review, testing, and deployment
• Identify root causes of operational issues and drive permanent fixes
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand business context and ensure solutions deliver customer value
• Evaluate new technical approaches and tools and recommend adoption where they improve productivity and solution quality
