The Process Engineer role within the North America Tech Deploy team focuses on driving continuous improvement and optimizing deployment processes for fulfillment center technologies across North America. This position combines technical expertise with project management skills to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency in technology deployments. The Process Engineering Team aims to establish standardized processes and frameworks to enable scalable technology deployments. The role requires a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and utilize data-driven approaches to solve operational challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical), Operations Research, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering, process improvement, or operational excellence within a manufacturing, logistics, or technology deployment environment
• Experience developing and implementing standards, policies, and programs or equivalent
• Experience with value stream mapping and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in data analysis and metrics development to measure process performance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Develop, document, and maintain standard work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation for technology installations and deployments
• Analyze deployment data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process improvement
• Lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and other Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve deployment cycle times
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on deployment standards and best practices
• Conduct site visits to observe installations, gather Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback, and validate process adherence
• Drive lessons learned processes and ensure corrective actions are implemented across the network
• Manage escalations related to process deviations and coordinate resolution with stakeholder teams
