• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead for an engineering team
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Own the architectural direction for orchestration systems that coordinate multiple specialized AI sub-agents.
• Design and build identity, authorization, and permission frameworks for the platform.
• Design feedback signal pipelines to capture expert judgment for model improvement.
• Partner with Applied Scientists to integrate reinforcement learning into production systems.
• Design and operate end-to-end evaluation systems to measure recommendation quality.
• Establish technical partnerships with cross-functional teams to define integration contracts.
• Own system reliability, observability, and performance for agent infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers and lead design reviews to promote engineering best practices.
