• The candidate must be a US Citizen and possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• The candidate should have 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings or in technical support is required.
• 1+ years of customer-facing IT role or physical security systems/infrastructure work experience is necessary.
• Experience with BMS and EPMS control systems and data collection or trending is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications is required.
• 3+ years of customer service experience is necessary.
