The role involves supporting the Facility Operations Center at Amazon, which is responsible for 24/7 monitoring of data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate will assist onsite operations teams to ensure optimal customer experience through reliability and consistency. This position requires a basic understanding of infrastructure and proficient communication skills. Candidates must possess a TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph and be willing to work in a rotating shift environment.

• The candidate should have 3+ years of technical support experience or a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• The candidate must have experience documenting technical customer issues and at least 1 year in a customer-facing IT role or physical security systems/infrastructure work.
• The candidate should have 3+ years of customer service experience.
• The candidate must have 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
