• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle.
• Experience designing, building, operating, and managing large-scale distributed systems or web services.
• Experience in representing formal semantics of legal documents.

• Contribute to all aspects of an agile software development lifecycle, including design, architecture, development, documentation, testing, and operations.
• Design and build architecture to represent commercial contractual agreements.
• Build event-driven architectures using AWS services such as Lambda and DynamoDB.
• Own and operate the systems built based on real-time contract data.
