• 5+ years of highly scalable systems experience
• Experience across all aspects of satellite ground processing, networks, and radio frequency spectrum
• Experience deploying and operating a world-wide network of fully-articulating ground station antennas operating in S and X Bands
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of satellite communications ground systems and operations experience
• 3+ years of RF and Network test equipment associated with SATCOM communications experience
• Experience participating in or leading technical collaborations and creating alignment across diverse groups

• Work with vendors and AWS engineering teams to discover and implement the latest technologies
• Deeply own the deployment, operation, and maintenance of antenna systems around the world with less than 25% travel
• Identify gaps in functionality or capabilities and create solutions to solve them
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure customer needs are being met
• Educate peers through mentorship and coaching to create a lasting positive impact
