• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience in Banking, Capital Markets, Prime Brokerage, Fund Services, or Financial Services.

• Develop AI-enabled capabilities using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, workflow orchestration, and automation.

• Improve scalability, performance, observability, security, and maintainability.
• Champion intuitive user experiences using analytics, feedback, and UX partnership.
