• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead for an engineering team
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Design, create, and update functionality for tools and systems that provide AI-automation for customer support activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience and increase efficiency on customer platforms.
