The Apps Support Sr Analyst for Custody Mainframe is a seasoned professional responsible for improving processes and workflows within the technology function. This role requires in-depth knowledge of incident management, risk remediation, and application resiliency. The analyst will lead investigations into production incidents and collaborate with various teams to ensure operational stability. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
• In-depth understanding of ITIL frameworks, specifically Incident, Change, and Problem Management
• Strong analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate complex information
• Proficiency in COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, and VSAM
• Experience with diagnostic tools such as STROBE and OMEGAMON

• Lead investigations and resolutions for production incidents and outages
• Collaborate proactively with Development and Infrastructure teams to identify and mitigate operational risks
• Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity exercises
• Drive compliance and execution across ITIL frameworks
• Apply technical analysis to define underlying problems and implement preventative solutions
• Track, document, and report issues using standard enterprise tools
• Work collaboratively with peer groups and assist with production support functions
