The role is focused on advancing camera technology within Apple's Camera Hardware Engineering group. This team is responsible for the design and development of innovative camera systems across various Apple products. The engineer will work collaboratively with experts in optics, controls, mechanics, and imaging to develop custom silicon ICs. The position requires a strong background in low-power, low-noise sensing and signal processing to push the boundaries of computational photography.

• BS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• A minimum of 20 years of industry experience.
• Experience in analog/mixed-signal IC development.
• Experience with embedded systems and MCU-based custom silicon designs.
• Experience with software/hardware co-design methodologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and develop custom silicon ICs.
• Drive complex projects to completion while optimizing designs across multiple disciplines.
• Perform root-cause analysis and problem-solving for design challenges.
