The Senior Campaign Developer will be a key member of Fidelity's Message Execution Center team, focusing on the development and delivery of communication campaigns for employer benefits. This role involves working with targeted recipient lists and collaborating with various internal stakeholders to ensure effective messaging. The team is responsible for managing a high volume of communications, including email and direct mail, to enhance customer experiences. The position requires a blend of technical skills and attention to detail to maintain quality and accuracy in campaign execution.

• Proficient in Oracle, Snowflake, and SQL Server databases
• Proficient at SQL query development, including analytic functions and aggregate calculations
• Experience in managing extensive quality assurance processes
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight project timelines
• Dependable interpersonal and active listening skills
• Campaign management experience, preferably with Unica Campaign, Twilio Segment, or Salesforce Journey Builder
• Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau is a plus

• Develop and maintain targeted recipient lists in partnership with internal message sponsors
• Build complex targeting rules in Unica Campaign, Twilio Segment, or Salesforce Journey Builder
• Conduct analysis on customer activity and generate concise reporting and insights
• Audit and perform quality assurance to ensure flawless delivery of campaigns
• Support and monitor campaigns in production and troubleshoot technical issues
• Call out issues related to scope, schedule, and quality
