Fidelity Labs is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to join their Boston Seaport Headquarters. This role focuses on building and scaling a modern SaaS solution for the Charitable sector within a dynamic and innovation-driven team. The engineer will work closely with product teams to ensure the reliability and performance of grant-making and investment management applications. The position combines hands-on technical work with strategic reliability engineering, emphasizing collaboration and compliance with financial regulations.

• 5 plus years of cloud engineering or DevOps experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like AWS CDK, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
• Experience with database administration concepts and distributed databases, preferably YugabyteDB or similar.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security groups, VPCs, load balancers, and DNS management.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong Linux system administration skills and containerization experience with ECS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Design and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring of applications.
• Implement and manage containerized applications focusing on reliability and performance.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security across all environments using observability tools.
• Collaborate with enterprise DBA teams to support YugabyteDB database operations and performance tuning.
• Automate operational tasks, implement backup and disaster recovery procedures, and establish SLAs/SLOs.
• Participate in on-call rotation, incident response, and post-mortem analysis to drive continuous improvement.
