As a Sales Applications Engineer at Intel, you will be instrumental in fostering technical collaboration with major datacenter customers to secure design wins and ensure successful product integration. This role is part of the Sales and Marketing organization, which focuses on enabling customer success and driving revenue growth. You will leverage your technical expertise to develop product demonstrations and assist in product design reviews, while building long-term relationships with customers. Your contributions will help generate revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering or applications support, with a focus on datacenter, CPUs, boards, and/or systems.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, highlighting collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, including requirements management, risk mitigation, and project planning.
• Experience with managing engineering programs or contributing to product development cycles.

• Provide technical expertise to close design win opportunities and assist customers in integrating Intel products into production.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations to showcase capabilities and address customer requirements.
• Lead on-site product design reviews and collaborate with customer teams to ensure Intel solutions meet their needs.
• Cultivate customer relationships and act as the primary technical contact for rapid issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze technical data, reproduce errors, and escalate or resolve customer issues effectively.
• Offer feedback to manufacturing and product teams regarding product requirements, issues, and anticipated changes to maintain business continuity.
• Influence OEMs, distributors, and partners to drive sales through revenue and enable customer success.
