The Apple Services Engineering (ASE) team is looking for an experienced Security Engineering Program Manager to manage and scale their Security Assurance Scaling team. This role involves working on automation, tooling, and frameworks to enhance security assurance across Apple's extensive infrastructure. The position requires collaboration with various engineering teams to embed security standards into engineering lifecycles. The ideal candidate will drive prioritization for security capabilities and advocate for platform-wide security improvements.

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Manager or Technical Program Manager.
• 2+ years of experience managing projects or programs in the field of security.
• Proficiency in managing complex projects, including defining scopes and setting timelines.
• Experience fostering collaboration and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in building dashboards and reports in Tableau.

• Lead programs that embed security standards into Apple's infrastructure and application engineering lifecycles.
• Turn engagement findings into reusable engineering standards alongside security engineers.
• Drive prioritization for critical security capabilities and align roadmaps across organizations.
• Ensure consistent adoption of baseline controls across engineering teams.
• Define, prioritize, and advocate for platform-wide security improvements.
