Apple is seeking a Module Process Engineer to join the Panel Process and Optics Engineering team. This role focuses on developing innovative manufacturing process technologies to address complex design challenges impacting Apple Displays and Touch technology. The engineer will be involved in the process development of advanced key process modules from concept through product engineering validation. A successful candidate will be highly motivated and able to think flexibly to solve problems beyond their technical area.

• B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in leading a project from early development to high volume production.
• Experience in the development of module processes and their integration in back-end processes of the Flat Panel Display and Touch industry.
• Experience in DOE, data analysis, or SPC control.
• Experience in failure mode analysis, root cause investigation, and problem solving for product yield and quality issues.
• Ph.D. or M.S. degree in Physics, Material Science, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Excellent data handling, documentation, and organization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
