The Mainframe/Data Platform Production Support Engineer will provide Level 3 support for critical enterprise data platforms and applications that power Workplace Investing. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues across Mainframe and distributed environments, with a focus on COBOL, JCL, DB2, Oracle, and SQL-based platforms. The team supports over 170 applications and ensures the reliability and stability of business-critical systems. Close collaboration with development, infrastructure, and database teams is essential for maintaining data integrity and resolving issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, data platforms, or production environments.
• Experience supporting Mainframe environments, including COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and VSAM.
• Strong experience with Oracle and SQL, including data analysis, query development, troubleshooting, stored procedures, and data validation.
• Experience supporting enterprise batch processing and scheduling tools, preferably Control-M.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.

• Provide Level 3 support for critical enterprise data platforms and applications.
