This role focuses on designing and developing software for Apple operating systems, specifically for audio features and functionality. • You have 2+ years of experience in software design/programming with C++, Swift, or Objective-C.
• You have a solid understanding of object-oriented methodologies, multi-threaded programming, and operating systems concepts.
• You are experienced with wireless or audio solutions.
• You have strong debugging skills.
• You have a BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• You are experienced working with wireless technology, such as Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
• You have experience with software audio features like Telephony audio or Bluetooth audio.

• Design and develop software across Apple operating systems for audio features and functionality.
• Design and build frameworks that expose and advertise AirPods capabilities to the broader Apple software ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with design teams and cross-functional partners, including the AirPods firmware team.
• Prototype, architect, and deliver software solutions for audio accessories.
