The Manager, Advanced Data Analytics role focuses on leveraging customer data to drive strategic decisions and enhance customer experiences. This individual contributor position is part of the Customer Knowledge and Strategic Insights organization, which supports the Investor Services and Tax Exempt Market Organizations. The team seeks a creative and collaborative analytics professional to develop data-driven initiatives and insights. The role emphasizes a customer-first mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.

• Bachelor's degree required, Advanced Degree a plus.
• 4 plus years of experience generating analytical insights to drive business actions.
• Experience with a range of analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
• Experience in designing and developing dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience using and querying big data technologies such as Snowflake, Athena, etc.
• Experience leveraging AI, Generative AI, and automation tools to improve efficiency across the insight generation process is a plus.

• Create and summarize large datasets in structured and unstructured data.
• Collect and analyze data to develop insights and reporting capabilities for organizational leaders.
• Create solutions leveraging deep statistical analysis to drive thought leadership across the Digital Transformation organization.
• Work across diverse skilled teams to find success for Fidelity and its customers.
