• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, or Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding in Python, R, or SQL, and querying databases.
• 4 years of experience in analytics, coding, and statistical analysis is preferred.
• Experience in architecting scalable enterprise AI solutions and Generative AI pipelines.
• Familiarity with abuse prevention and regulatory systems.

• Develop, build, and measure performance on YouTube-wide abuse performance metrics and operational metrics.
• Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of metrics, analysis frameworks, and AI-based systems.
• Communicate complex technical results and methods clearly to stakeholders.
• Partner with Data Science, Product, Research, and Strategy teams to execute sophisticated quantitative analyses.
• Analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate globally to enhance tools and processes.
