• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience managing hardware system engineering.
• Experience across all phases of hardware product development from prototype to mass production.

• Define, drive, and own the system development process from concept to launch for new Google hardware products.
• Work with original design manufacturers and vendors on product development schedules, dependencies, and budgets.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate focus points and next steps with engineering, vendors, operations, quality, and management.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution among a cross-functional team of engineers.
• Synthesize data into a story and communicate to stakeholders and organizations at various levels.
