• Contribute to existing documentation and adapt content based on updates and user feedback.
• Triage product or system issues and debug by analyzing the sources of issues.
• Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders.
• Manage support services before they go live through system design consulting and capacity planning.
• Provide guidance to team members on managing availability and performance of services.
• Maintain services by measuring and monitoring availability and overall system health.
• Lead sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems.
• Scale systems sustainably through automation and drive changes that improve reliability.
