• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in low level systems programming languages such as C++ or C.
• 5 years of experience in embedded systems or firmware design, particularly in camera 3A tuning and CMOS image sensor technologies.
• 3 years of experience working with embedded operating systems.
• 3 years of experience in machine learning model development, optimization, and deployment.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of core exposure control software and algorithms for the Pixel camera Auto Exposure.
• Develop, iterate, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning algorithms directly onto devices, focusing on constrained environments.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal Google teams to integrate environmental sensor data for enhanced camera performance.
• Optimize the performance, power consumption, and memory footprint of the Pixel camera AE software stack.
• Contribute to the camera tuning process and final image quality evaluation of Google Pixel products.
