• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs, and triaging technical issues.
• 5 years of experience with computer networking and web technologies.
• Experience as a system administrator with Linux/Unix or Windows systems.
• Experience with one or more core programming or scripting languages.

• Work within a team of engineers to ensure 24-hour customer support.
• Manage customer problems through effective diagnosis and resolution tools.
• Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for Engineering, Sales, and customer organizations.
• Develop an understanding of Google's product technology by troubleshooting and determining root causes for customer issues.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve the product and advocate for customer needs.
