• 6 years of experience working with client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP.
• 6 years of experience coding with programming languages like Java, C/C++, or Python.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.

• Lead GenAI product support for internal and external customers from end-to-end.
• Support partner and product teams with their data pipelines to leverage DeepMind Gen AI products and APIs.
• Architect, parse, and query data across Google Cloud storage platforms.
• Build and debug data pipelines to enhance product functionality.
• Partner with engineering product management to influence product roadmaps.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist partners in resolving them.
• Build and maintain internal tools powered by Agentic toolkits and Gen AI offerings.
