Job description

The Channel Readiness Program Manager at Apple will lead service readiness programs to ensure technicians and service partners are prepared to support Apple products from day one. This role involves managing multiple concurrent programs, including New Product Introductions and Repair Extension Programs, while collaborating with various teams across the organization. The position requires navigating ambiguity and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to deliver world-class service solutions. A passion for technology and customer experience is essential in this dynamic role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or MA/MS/MBA with 1 to 3 years of post-degree experience.
  • Background organizing and managing cross-functional projects.
  • History of communicating across all levels of an organization, with both technical and customer-facing audiences.
  • Proficiency using data to drive decision making and solve analytical problems.
  • Track record of working independently in fast-paced environments and managing projects through ambiguity.
  • Background managing channels, retail stores, or external partners.
  • Track record in program management or technical project management.
  • History of retail management or business process design.
  • Familiarity with account management, service, repair, or after-sales support operations.
  • Knowledge of New Product Introductions or product launch readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead service readiness programs on behalf of Apple's Service Channels.
  • Independently manage the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent programs.
  • Ensure technicians and service partners are fully prepared to support Apple products.
  • Collaborate with teams investigating emerging service issues and develop action plans.
  • Flex your approach between independent execution and large-scale cross-functional collaboration.
  • Maintain alignment with cross-functional stakeholders throughout program execution.
  • Participate in occasional travel as required.

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
