This role involves managing project goals, contributing to product strategy, and mentoring engineers across multiple teams. The team works on critical areas such as threat detection, compliance, and security-by-design solutions. The manager will also oversee large-scale projects and ensure the team addresses real-world privacy and security challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 8 years of experience with full stack development, including back-end languages such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ and front-end technologies like JavaScript or TypeScript.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

• Design systems, write and review code, and improve multi-agent pipelines.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers and tech leads.
• Drive multi-quarter strategy with partner teams across Privacy, Safety, Security, and Compliance.
• Ensure the team focuses on solving real Privacy, Safety, Security, and compliance problems.
