The IT Project Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing professional teams and managing moderately complex IT projects. This role requires a deep understanding of project management, including planning, execution, and budget management. The manager will utilize their expertise to guide staff and ensure project goals are met while maintaining communication with end-users. The position also involves evaluating team performance and contributing to strategic planning within the IT project leadership area.

• 6+ years of experience in a related technology role with commensurate people management experience.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially a Master's degree.
• Experience with Mortgage data and Enterprise Data Governance is highly preferred.

• Oversees all technology components of diverse, moderately complex IT projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, and cost.
• Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met.
• Communicates with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates.
• Has shared responsibility for budget, policy formulation, and planning.
• Evaluates subordinates' performance and makes decisions on pay increases, hiring, terminations, and other personnel actions.
• Ensures essential procedures are followed and contributes to defining standards.
• Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills.
