As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Machine Learning at DoorDash, you will focus on enhancing the catalog system and product knowledge graph for the grocery and retail delivery business. This hybrid role involves collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement advanced machine learning models. You will be responsible for the entire ML lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch monitoring. The position requires a strong command of production-level machine learning and the ability to mentor junior engineers.

• M.S. or PhD in a technical field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or physics.
• 5+ years of industry experience in machine learning with a solid understanding of algorithms and fundamentals.
• Proficiency in using AI coding tools in the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience building data and feature engineering pipelines at scale using Pyspark and Snowflake SQL.
• Experience with building machine learning systems in production using frameworks such as PyTorch, Keras, or scikit-learn.
