• B.S., M.S., or PhD. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of industry experience working with backend tech stacks.
• Proficiency in using AI coding tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of system resources.
• Experience with service-oriented architecture, writing REST APIs, unit testing, and architectural design.
• Understanding of modern web stacks and architecture, including HTTP and REST.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and technologies such as Postgres, Redis, Elasticsearch, and RabbitMQ.

• Develop, release, and run large-scale web applications.
• Define the backend architecture and tech stack for specific product areas.
• Enhance performance, reliability, scalability, and security of backend systems.
• Participate in the transition from a monolithic codebase to a microservice-based architecture.
• Address complex technical challenges to disrupt logistics.
