• B.S., M.S., or PhD. in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3+ years of industry experience in software engineering
• Strong backend fundamentals, especially in Go and Python
• Experience shipping LLM-powered features to real users
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments such as AWS and Kubernetes
• Experience with traditional and modern reporting or analytics tooling

• Own the full path from a question to an answer for operators.
• Ship agentic analytics features to thousands of users.
• Build a data platform for authoring, dashboard runtime, and content certification.
• Evolve the semantic layer for metric and dimension modeling.
• Develop AI-enabled services and workflows for self-serve tooling.
• Build and operate data discovery and metadata platforms.
