DoorDash Labs is seeking software engineer interns to work on robotics and software engineering projects. Interns will join teams focused on Perception, Autonomy Platform, or DoorDash Air Cloud, contributing to the development of innovative solutions for autonomous delivery. This 12-week internship offers hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, allowing interns to make a direct impact on the business. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and are expected to start in May or June 2027.

• Pursuing a B.S. or M.S. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Graduating between Fall 2027 to Summer 2028.
• Available for a May or June 2027 start date.
• Experience working with databases such as AWS or SQL.
• Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Proficient experience with at least one object-oriented programming language like Python, Java, or Kotlin.
• Experience writing clean code, working with version control, and performing unit testing.

• Develop, maintain, and ship technical elements with support from mentors and team members.
• Act on feedback, coaching, and mentorship from team members.
• Learn actively about the elements to which you contribute.
• Collaborate with your team to solve real problems for customers.
• Participate in intern programming, including leadership speaker series and social events.
• Present summer learnings during a final presentation at the end of the internship.
